In a large saucepan place the margarine, onion and garlic, stir until golden brown, add the liquids and then the other spices, when it starts to boil, add the flour and stir until it becomes a homogeneous and smooth mass, cook stirring well for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Pour this dough on a marble or stainless steel surface, spread, knead alternately every 5 minutes until it cools completely.
